About Dr. MSRK Prasad

Dr. MSRK Prasad, has completed PG in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and also holds Ph.D in Management.

He is also qualified as an Independent Director, recognized by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

He has a rich experience of 35 years across India and outside India working with prestigious conglomerates such as Unilever, Tata Motors, Aditya Birla group.

He has a proven track record of handling various kind of employees including white and blue collar, internal and external stakeholders, and received awards in recognition of the good work. Due to his line of work in various locations, he had to utilize his networking and crisis management skills to deliver the critical actions effectively and successfully, which led him to create an influential network to get things done. He has handled various challenging tasks and ensured continuity of business despite various challenges and helped the businesses to grow year on year.

He has an expertise in Industrial Relations including Long Term Settlements. Change is constant and he has handled the change effectively by putting in place the right strategy and executing the strategy effectively. He also had the opportunity to run major plant operations as a whole and it therefore, enables him to play the role of a business partner effectively. His forte is to understand the stakeholder requirements sensibly, act swiftly to address the issues pro-actively, get things done and continuously help to improve the business as required.

He strongly believes that Business Leaders should be able to focus on their core business and should not have to worry about other non-core-business related, time consuming issues. Time is money and speed is essential to get the things done. Outsourcing of non-core-business activities helps Businesses/Business Leaders to focus on critical activities, innovations, diversifications, expansions and grow the business in line with the vision..
